Shipments

Packages are  shipped as soon as possible. Orders received by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on in stock items will probably ship the same day, orders between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 might ship the same day but we cannot guarantee it. Orders after 3:00 will most likely ship the next business day. Read "Shipping Carriers" below for more information.

If you have questions or would just prefer to order by phone call us at 406-827-4694. Certain additional shipping and various other options can be made that are not available with online orders.

A sales person is available on the following days and times in the mountain time zone, USA.

  • Monday: 8:15 a.m to 4:45 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 8:15 a.m to 4:45 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 8:15 a.m to 4:45 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8:15 a.m to 4:45 p.m.
  • Friday: closed
  • Saturday: closed
  • Sunday: closed

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Shipping Carriers

We use UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). UPS "Next Day Air" packages must be ready for pickup by 11:30 a.m our time (Mountain Time). Orders placed after 9:30 a.m. may not be able to be the same day via UPS "Next Day Air". If you need it the fastest way possible it is best to call the order in early. If you place an order through the shopping cart with UPS "Next Day Air" selected and it is too late in the day to ship it via that method, we will probably ship it via "Second Day Air", as that is the fastest way under the circumstances, and we will charge for "Second Day Air" rather than "Next Day Air".

Out of Stock Items

Effort is made to maintain the accuracy of the the "in stock" quantity status on the product pages, but due to errors and other issues there may be occasions when an item is out of stock.  If you order an item that is out of stock we will attempt to contact you via your provided email and/or phone number. Please be sure these are correct before placing the order.

Returns

All returns require prior authorization. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a money back 30 day period to evaluate the product. Returns after 30 days from delivery date are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be in like new condition, except for warranty claims.  Refunds will only be given after we receive and inspect the merchandise. Unless there was an error on our (Doty Manufacturing, Inc) part, shipping charges are not refundable.

Custom products

Custom products, including custom colors, cannot be returned.
